Introducing the RDPC-MX Robotic Depalletizer

Pearson’s RDPC-MX Robotic Depalletizer is highly configurable and capable of handling a wide array of product types including RSC and HSC cases, pails, drums, jugs, jars and bottles up to 125 lbs and speeds of up to 30 products per minute.

All of Pearson’s Palletizers and Depalletizers use FANUC robotics with over 80,000 hrs of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for minimal maintenance requirements and the flexibility to easily adapt to new pallet patterns or case sizes, making the cells a reliable choice for high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing and distribution environments. An intuitive user interface (HMI) further simplifies operation and minimizes training needs.

Configure the system to your specific needs with single or multiple depalletizing stations, single or multiple outfeeds, bar code reading, automatic pallet handling, and various fencing options.
